Custom Tattoo Inquiry

Please fill out this form if you are interested in a custom tattoo.
Make sure to do so thoroughly for it to be considered.
This booking round is for appointments in August-September 2025.
I will only be booking custom tattoos on Thursdays and Fridays.
I am only taking a handful of customs per month, so I will be very selective.
If your idea is chosen, I will reach out via email with any follow-up questions
and a link to schedule your appointment.
A $100 deposit will be required in order to schedule your appointment which will go towards the final cost of your tattoo. Please keep in mind that you will lose your deposit if you need to reschedule more than once or if you cancel the appointment.
